PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BHJG400 bucking machine has six parts: power tong、backup tong、hydraulic system、pneumatic system、operation panel and machine bed.

The power tong driven by hydraulic motor is used to make up or break out the couplings. The backup tong driven by pneumatic cylinder is used to fix the pipe. the make up torque is output by a tension sensor fixed on the bottom of the backup tong and controlled & displayed by the computer.

This machine is applicable for 5″-9 5/8″diameter casing and tubing, the jaw plate includes: 5″、5 1/2″、6 5/8″、7″、7 5/8″、8 5/8″、9 5/8″, other sizes need to be ordered.

FEATURES

1. The bucking machine is driven and controlled by hydraulic and pneumatic system, the system is easy and convenient to operate.

2. The other system is controlled by pneumatic except the power tong which driven by hydraulic motor, it can greatly reduce the oil leakage.

3. The power tong uses closed-form structure, it is driven by hydraulic motor, there is 3 jaw plates with 120°distributing, every jaw plate has 2-4 dies, totally 6-12 dies contacting the coupling surface to make the clamping reliable, the die marks are according to API standard, the clamp head can reset automatically and quick.

4. The structure and clamping principle of backup tong is the same to the power tong except it is driven by pneumatic cylinder.

5. It is easy to replace the dies.

6. A tension sensor fixed on the backup tong measures the torque (the unit is ft/lbs). The control system will contrast the torque and turns to the setted value, and control the whole working automatically.

7.  Double pumps oil supply, speed change automatically, quick make up and slow torque on, to meet the premium connections.
